According to the latest patch notes I should be receiving 60 dungeon tokens (20 for completion + 40 for the first explorable run of the day per path). I just ran AC explorable for the first time today and only received 30 tokens while everyone else in the party received the full 60. I also only received half of the appropriate silver and experience reward as well. I have been receiving half of expected reward in story mode dungeons as well, I have confirmed this with other party members who are also on their first runs of the dungeons I’m doing and they are receiving double the rewards I am.

I haven’t found anyone else I play with in game who is experiencing this bug. I would really appriciate some help finding a solution.

I just ran Twilight Arbor explorable mode for the first time in about a week. Ran the 1st path and received 60 as expected. Ran the 2nd path and only received 45. Ran the 3rd path and only received 30.

Another weird issue is that I have 1 stack of 15 blooms from before the update that won’t stack with the new stacks of blooms I’m getting from the dungeon completion.

I have experienced the same issues. Last night after the patch I ran CoF explorer mode for the first time ever and only received 6 tokens. Other members of my party received 60 tokens. Thinking it may be an issue with me having never ran explorer mode before I ran the same route and upon completion only received 2 tokens.

Tonight I ran CoF route 2 twice again. First time I received 30 tokens instead of the expected 60. Ran route 2 again and only received 5 tokens. I’m unsure of the expected amount for the second run, but I was expecting to have at least 120 tokens but am sitting with less than 50. I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this, and hopefully this can be resolved soon. Thanks.

Just wanted to add running total of tokens received, running out of space in my bug reports lol.

I ran CoE explorer and got ONE badge as my reward. Are you serious, ONE! This needs to get fixed.

On 25th Sept i ran a Cof magg run (after the patch) and it gave me 10 craving. I know that was not my first run of the day. Then the day after, i ran the same exact dungeon which according to the update notes, it will give me 20 token (dungeon completion) and extra 40 token (first daily dungeon completion). However I only received 30 token. I confused because some of my member got 60 token, and 45 token. I tried to run a second, third and fourth run, I suppose to receive 20 token for each (completion) but I only receive 10 token for each run. The fifth run I did I receive only 2 token. I’m not complaining or something, I’m here just to inform about the bug and the result. I know the bug is going on and running wild.
I also have a question according to this incident, do we (player who didn’t get an appropriate reward) will get any compensation due to this incident? For my case I short 30+10+10+10+18 = 78. I really hope we all do get the compensation.

Edit: I tried to do another run today (second day) and still get 30 token. Please give me 108 token. And I hope this problem end soon.

i got the same issue i only get 15 tokens for a run.

Today I ran TA explorable for the first time ever:
– fwd-up path. 30 tokens.
– up path. 15 tokens.

i did TA Exp 2 times
-First was F/F got 45 tokens -.-
-Second U/U 30 Tokens
so while my party all got 120 for both runs i was stuck with 75 tokens…

also this happen to me in ac but i didnt care cuz it was my last run for gift

I’m in the same boat.
Did all three paths of CM, got the wrong rewards, and my achievement didn’t update.
After dailies reset, I ran path 2 & 3 again, in the attempt to fix the achievement.
Ended the day with 66 tokens, TOTAL and no achievement for doing all paths + story. (I’d done the Story mode before the change to tokens..)
I’m avoiding any dungeons now until this is addressed. My inventory is filling up from un-stackable rewards, have no achievement, and I am finished with turning several hours of good gaming time into nothing but a headache.

I have the same problem and honestly ANET your support is horrible, since the patch I have been trying to resolve this issue and didnt get one answer that seems like anyone even read my question, I got answers about HOM rewards (?!), answers that were quoting patch etc.
Anyway I have the same issue. I have never got 60 tokens since the change. So here is my history with this problem:
I have run TA 1st day of the patch, first and only run of the day I get 30 tokens, rest of my party gets 60. Next day, again first run of the day I get 30 tokens rest of my party gets 60. We try to do different path and I get only 15 tokens this time while rest of my party gets 60.
Next day again one and only run of the day I get 15 tokens, I try to accept I get kicked from the game and when I come back there is only 1 token with no money or experience. Do I need to say that rest of my party got 60. This keeps happening all the time I am only getting 30 or 15 tokens while rest of the people I play with get 60.
I have never done any exploit, I have never done any speed runs, I have never run dungeons back to back. Its really game breaking to me. I do understand that you cant give me those 200+ tokens I missed out on as you said many times in those support emails , but at least fix it so I can get 60 tokens from now on, since like this I really have no reason to play, if its going to take me 3 times more time to get the armor I want compering to rest of the players.
