Hey!

Very lately, since I started not representing guilds perhaps, I’ve been not getting boss guild decorations / trophies from some or maybe all raid chests after a boss kill. In a weeks time I know I haven’t gotten them from Matthias Gabrel and Mursaat Overseer (CM) kills with my norn female berserker and from Gorseval while playing with my female human tempest. There’s probably lot more of this happening that I don’t notice.

I leeched a gorse kill last Sunday without getting to the boss area myself. Maybe that has something to do with it? Other than that I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary that could help reproduce the bug other than the not representing guilds thing. I’ll update the post next week when I kill more bosses with both representing and not representing guilds. Thanks!

Yes its know you have to rep a guild to get boss kill decoration fragments

It makes sense to me: decorations are only usable in guild halls, a feature that only exists for guilds. What reason is there to have them drop if you aren’t repping?

I haven’t found any info on the wiki about them not dropping when not repping nor did my googling yield that kind of results.

The decorations are used for showing kill proof, general collecting or for depositing to future or present guilds. I see them as having good value. Also some sell them for gold.
