Guild Wars 2

I have purchased 2 Dye Packs and 10 Mystic Forge stones from the gem store, about 5 days ago, and have yet to receive them.

Anyone else having this bug? Or maybe you resolved it some how?
Note There is nothing in my pick up tab.

i just had this problem last night, i tried to buy 5 magic boosters and havent recieved them yet. its been about 12 hours now.

hey man i just figured it out, delete some of your old messages in your mail and then it will appear. super dumb
