Guild Wars 2

So in sPvP I use the Valkyrie amulet because I love the stat combination of Toughness, Power and Crit dmg. In PvE I was wanting the same stat combination and for some strange reason Valkyrie stats are not the same in PvE as they are in sPvP. They are Power/VIT/Crit dmg as opposed to Power/Tough/Crit dmg.

Is there any reason as to why they are different?

I guess I will have to use Pow/Vit/Toughness gear and slot for Crit dmg.
