EDIT: The bug is that I have completed all tyra hero points but the vendor still sells me the Scroll of Heroics

When you gain a Hero point there is an animation on the Hero panel and then there is a red sign on it sayng you have new hero points to spend. Anyway, here is a more precise gyf showing the problem https://gfycat.com/SplendidGrouchyGrackle

The red icon only shows up if you have enough points to unlock the next skill / trait. If you’re short or have everything unlocked, there’s no change.
