Guild Wars 2

I recently got a 4k monitor and am using as my new primary display (second display is an old 1080p screen) and I decided to boot up GW2 after not playing for a few months. Now whenever I click “Play” on the launcher the launcher will close and then nothing will happen. Nothing will be in the taskbar either. Can someone help?

Specs:
i7 4790k
GTX 1070
16GB DDR3 RAM
WIN 10 w/ latest update

Same problem here, close to same specs with DDR4 instead and i7-6700k. Adding “-windowed” to shortcut does nothing, neither does “-verify” or “-repair”. Haven’t found any solution yet. Was running fine up until today.

Sounds like the data pathway has corrupted, try launching from the launcher in the installed folder. If that doesnt work, do a client repair. But it sounds like theres been a disconnection between vital files

Make sure to disable any graphics programs, and/or any third party programs you may have installed.
