I can’t loot the chest of the JP in obsidian sanctum! I just finished the JP in the obsidian sanctum, and the chest has renewed, but when i search the chest, 8 badges of honor showed up in the loot menu, which is not right, usually the badges just go into the wallet and won’t show up in the loot menu. And even the badges did show up, I can’t loot them, and the chest stay closed, which is also not right , usually the chest should be opened after you search it. here’s some screen shots of what has happened.

Please fix this. I have been having this problem for 2 days and it still glitches, please fix, thanks.

Similar issue happens in Fractals (ex. Molten Furnace Fractal) too. Can’t loot the relics which also showed up in the loot menu.

Then how do you deal with this issue? Or you are still having the issue and waiting for the issue to be fixed?

This is an odd bug. Have you checked to make sure there’s space in your inventory? That might get around the problem.

I’m pretty sure my bag isn’t full, you can see it in my screenshot, the bag icon is not red. And after all, the badges shouldn’t be in the loot menu at all, they are supposed to go straight into the wallet. But the most important thing is even they showed up in the loot menu, I can’t loot them….

sorry the issue hasn’t been fixed. just saying it seems to be related to yours.
i needed to try and reopen the chest several times to get the relics and sometimes it would never allow me to loot.

I have exactly same problem. I cant take badges of honor from Mists Chest in EOTM map. I report this bug for 3 or 4 days in a row. And another players cant loot these badges also: http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/1x6e42/how_to_loot_these_badges/

We dont have open bug tracker system here and I even dont know if Anet recognizes this bug existence. Can we have red post according to case?
