Has there been any official response from this bug yet? I’ve googled around (as the search function of this forum doesn’t work properly) but not found anything other than tons of players reporting it, without any official response.
The bug was reported over 10 months ago where item names were appearing as random asian symbols (mostly a mix of chinese and korean), and yet 10 months on we are still having this problem.
It’s happens mostly for new items relating to the current content patch, but it also has happened with older items like iron ore.
During the course of one day, the bug has happened, then fixed itself, then happened, then fixed itself again some hours later, without any patches or bug fixes being applied during this period, so the problem may be server side more than client side, who knows.
If anybody can shed some light on why this is happening it would be most appreciated,

Progress blocking bugs are top priority, but not all bugs are so easy to fix as others, be cool :)
