Wouldn’t blocking them keep the messages away?

By the way: even if offline players couldn’t whisper you, they can still /block you and create the same effect.

kitten , they should really look into that. It’s obviously not well-designed.
You can always mail people to remind them that they’re invisible.
However if they actually are using invisible to harass you, just block them.
