Er… seems like she either has the wrong head or the wrong body. Either way, it needs fixing because it’s kind of disturbing.

Actually, now I’m disappointed that her face isn’t available to us in character creation!

I see now what you mean by a skin color change at the neck, but what do you mean she has a “young body”?

She used to have the 40-something face you can choose in character creation if I recall correctly.

It almost looks like she has a modified mans face lol.

I stumbled upon the same Old Woman today. And there’s another one, also near the Rurikton gate

Old face on, I think, child/teenage girl body. Well, at least it’s not one of those “Old” women with default young faces and gray hair :I
