I don’t know if this is a bug or just part of the game mechanic but it seems like the on kill stacking bonus sigils like bloodlust either don’t work or start working in the middle of instances. I know the stack goes away if weapons are swapped which is why I tested it on multiple chars w/o swapping weapons. It seems this happens in instances only like dungeons and personal stories. Basically what happens is I kill mobs but don’t get the buff. This seems like a major bug if it is one since it effects gameplay.
Doing Living World Story, and sigils was not stacking for me as well.
I get some wont add that effect but when u go through over half of the instance without a singe buff something is wrong.
