I can’t seem to get credit for the letters at Viathan’s arm and Arca Lake.

I was able to receive credit for all except Viathan’s arm. Then I found out there is another poster directly south of the heart quest icon. That was the right poster to talk to, I received credit then.

You must use a character that has finished Season 3 (so far), it seems. The posters for ‘Open Letters’ are different than the posters (scattered about) for the previous Current Event.

You likely just did what I did and went to the wrong poster.

I tried doing this with a character that finished Living Story 3 – Episode 3. I followed dulfy’s guide, found the poster, teared it down, but still didn’t get credit.
