Opening a large guild roster cuts FPS in half
This is because it has to load allllll that data in an instant, nbd.
I’ve noticed it too, and unlike Wooboost I wouldn’t be so quick to write it off as no big deal. In a lot of dungeon and fractal situations, I find that the ‘g’ button might as well be bound to ‘explode myself like a bone minion.’- a sudden lag immobilization can indeed mean death. This is on a computer that has no fps trouble whatsoever, even on high end settings, as well.
It’s certainly not world-crushing, but FPS drops from a menu should never happen.
Why?
Are you saying that loading an excel spreadsheet shoudn’t take any detectable amount of time?
Ive been doing it wrong all these years!
It takes cpu cycles to load a very long list, and sort it. Because the client is responsible for sorting the list you will have a cpu load spike as you open it.
Considering this menu takes up your entire screen, i find it acceptable.

Lol what? There’s absolutely zero reason for the game to be loading the entire list of 400 members on a single click. This is poor design, through and through.
