i found this last night (my time zone)

as you see in attachment

location is Etheron Hill (Red Borderland)

is it bug or something?

more information: they just showed up not walking from somewhere

Yeah, we had the same issue at Dreaming Bay (Borliss Pass) it quickly became clear why our waypoint was ’contested’ so frequently, Bug Report with screeny was submitted.
