The option for changing your email for logging in is missing on the website’s account page as of right now 2/12/2015.

I’m slightly confused.
There never was an option to change the email on the account page as far as I know.
If you want to change it you need to contact support .

There was a option to, I wasnt sure when did it started but it was working last night but now when I logged in my account page it was no longer there.

There has never been an option to change the email associated with a GW2 game account, as that would be a security issue.

You must contact the CS Team for assistance.

Yeah, I can’t recall there ever being a “change email” button. Your email address is your log-in name and what your account is based on. To change that, you’d have to contact support.
