I’m not sure if this is a bug or intended, but my thief has the whispers armor set and now the chestpiece seems to have a red pattern on it that is no longer changeable. Is this intended or a bug?

I am also having the same problem with my whispers gear on the legs and boots. the customizable dye options have been limited and there is now a red color that i cannot toggle all over them. here’s another pic of it

I’m having the same problem, the daggers on my boots look like bright red toys :/ Fix this please.

P.S the boots are transmuted, noticed a bug similar to this 3 months back

Yes i have that problem aswell with my Order of the Whispers gear, and note that both side boot daggers are red to, and you cant change their color. I hope its a bug.

Happening to me too now (Since patch) seemed like it happened 3 months ago when patched. I really hate this red and wanna go back to my normal orange.

Same issue for me. Red undyable daggers on boots.

Still hasnt been fixed.. get ur kittening act together Anet this isnt the first time this has happened.

Seems to more & more bugs than fixes in each patch lately. You can keep ur new weekly pve content if it means weekly bugs too. How about spending all ur time fixing the bugs the game already has (some bugs have been around since release) than churning out endless waves of halfarsed pve content n breaking more stuff in the process :P

Same issue. Missing dye slot on Whispers boots and leggings.

Yeah same problem. Had this last patch but it was sorted in 1 day and back to normal, shame this cannot be sorted sooner. And that we can have our color option/dye option back to the way it was. Please fix this and stop it happening for a third time on the next big update. Cheers

Bump. Still broken. Daggers and Belt fully red and no way to change it. ALSO LET ME SEE WHEN THE LAST TIME PEOPLE WERE ONLINE KTHXBAI.

BUMP this has been broken for almost a month now, anet needa stop being lazy.. or refund people the gems they spent on trans stones. Or even better refund me the money i spent on the gems to get the stones. Have anet even given any indication that they know about this bug or is it that they cba to fix it

Screw the living story and fix the dam bugs Anet!

It’s not just the Whispers Armor, I’ve come across it on my male human’s “Feathered” gear set as well.
His doily on the front of his coat is a nasty pink color and it cannot be changed.
I’m guessing there are other sets with this issue as well.

The exact same thing just happened to me. My thief’s entire armor set is dyed black, and I was excited about getting Whispers boots to complete my outfit, but the daggers on the boots are red and there’s nothing I can do to change them.

I would encourage everyone who posted here to ALSO submit an in-game bug report, if you haven’t already.

Edit: Also it would seem this is an issue only with the male armor, unconfirmed of course but it seems females wearing the same armor do not have this issue

Bumping this again. Hopefully this is seen in time for it to be fixed in Tuesday’s add-on…or sooner.

It appears to have been fixed with today’s patch. I logged in, and there’s now a new dye slot for my Whispers boots. Yay

Nice! Can we see a list somewhere to check these kind of fixes?
