After last update, my armor color has changes to include a giant red stripe that was not there previously and I cannot get rid of it. If not a bug we need refund. If it is a bug then fix it please asap.

This bug has been going for about 4 days, and its utter crap. They should have fixed it by now, this has been a problem in the past and only took them a few hours to fix not sure as to why its taking days this time.

I agree with the refund, I want a gem refund on the trans crystals i wasted on the gear if its stuck with undyeable red parts..

Typically dye issues aren’t a high priority… Or they could be waiting to push it with another patch.

With dye slots locked to red being that the third slot is now missing you cant do anything but wait till they fix this aromr set to the correct slots on the armor! Shame as this has happened twice now first time was fixed in 1 day. Shame they cant be bothered to fix this one sooner.

its really bothering me lol. If I cant look how I want to look, whats the point of working towards something since end game gear is all about looks any ways.

Can we get an official response for at least when this is expected to be fixed? It is really bothering me that this isn’t fixed yet. It’s a fairly popular armor set.

Bumping this since it really is annoying and every other time this happened it was fixed in a day or two, it’s been at least two weeks this time and still no response or fix =/

I’m having a similar issue, I expect that they’ll fix this as soon as possible. How long has this been an issue?

And now, a month later, it’s still messed up. Have they not noticed this yet?
