So I ordered 8000 gems yesterday for tags and such. I work full time, same with brother … we don’t have time to do the farming my life away (not that there is anything wrong with that), to each there own. I’m happy to toss money at this to enrich my gaming experience, buy stuff – especially considering we both want 1 of each character.

Yesterday night at 9 I ordered 8000 gems, and wanted to order 20,000

(8k,8k,4k to break it down). It wouldn’t let me make the second order? Okay, so not sure why it stops me from buying gems. But we know there are many quirks about the systems, so I figured there was a 24 hour stop between orders. Fine, Today 24 and half hours later – still rejects the order?

Can you tell me what it is going to take to place another order for 8000 gems and another order for 4000? My brother will never come into these forums, but we are in game and happy to discuss with a rep. We are paying via paypal, and the money has been sitting there for a week now. We don’t really think it’s right to prevent our gaming experience which includes buying your gems.

Twiddling our thumbs for now trying to come up with strange ideas why the transactions are being stopped. Any ideas? Help is always appreciated, we don’t really have much else to do until we can move forward with the gems.
