I have been waiting 7 hours for “Defend Bogside Camp from the Orrians” event to start so I can do “Escort Scholar Riagan to the ritual location” so that I can buy the Orrian Relic from Scholar Riagan to finish my Treasure Hunter achievement! Can you either fix this event? If not or if the process is very long can you generate me the item?

A good time to do this is when Triple Trouble is about to spawn. Check the LFG to see if a group like TTS or EVOS is organizing for it. They will generally try to do it on a new instance which means this event should be working there as well. TTS also has their schedule of events on their website.
