As an engiee using a rifle, I can stand at point-blank range to my target, facing him and it will still treat it as a failed shot. It punishes me with a cooldown(3-4s) too.
Overcharged Shot is really useful on Silverwastes whenever I see a teragriff preparing to charge at me. However, this skill failed me many times now and I hope it gets fixed.
