As topic, i think many players out there are experiencing the same issue as i do. WHY NOT SET UP A THING CALLED LIVE CHAT? Being one of the biggest MMORPG game, customer service is horrible, i think you can call this issue a man made bug!!!!
If you so desire, you can google why there is no ‘live chat’ kind of support. In a nutshell, it is not productive.
If you have a ticket in to support, and are still awaiting an answer after 72 hours, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘GW2 Tickets for Review…’ over in Account Issues.
