The level 30 Personal Story mission “A Fragile Peace” taking place in Lion’s Arch where the player meets his/her racial mentor along with the other members of Destiny’s Edge ends normally with a loot reward of a Black Lion Key and a choice of minor sigil

After the cutscene, what I got was the big pop up on screen with the grey steel shield and crossed weapons icon, but where underneath it should see the loot reward, well it was missing. And accepting/closing that popup gave me the XP bonus (wasn’t written on screen how much, only saw my xp bar progress shot up), but no item. My inventory did not contain a black lion key nor any sigil.

I did receive the game mail and the PS line is now Dredging Up the Past (priory line) so I can’t even try to reset/redo A Fragile Peace again.

I have made an ingame bug report about this. I hope you fix this and give me my black lion key.
