Hi. I’ve completed the story twice now, and I’m about to do it a third time. I’d like to know why I haven’t received a Pact Victory Token ( http://www.gw2db.com/items/68571-pact-victory-token-s ), and also, when the loot bags will be fixed, and refunded.

You have to complete your personnel story not just story mode of arah.
And the victory token is the replacement for the loot bags this way your garunteed a rare weapon of what ever type you want rather then greens from the bags.

I’ve had the story completed for months. I opened my bags, got blues and whites, and no, I have no gotten either of the two tokens I should have.

I’ve just checked my mail and as yet haven’t received anything. Pretty sure it’s not full too.

I’ve yet to do the Arah story mission but as you say that shouldn’t matter. Done everything up to having to kill Zhaitan though.

Should I open a ticket for this, or is it just a matter of the mail hasn’t gotten round to everyone yet?

You can only hold 10 messages in your inbox at a time. It should have a X/10 counter at the top of the window.

Then you haven’t finished your Personal Story, and you won’t get the token until you do.

Doing Arah Story is part of your personal story as it involves killing off Zhaitan, after you’ve finish that, you’ll be given another quest to celebrate at Fort Trinity.

Ok i have done arah story, then after arah story i completed personal story, STILL NO TOKEN IN MAIL. Mailbox empty!!!!!

Isn’t that in contradiction to what Jeffrey just said.

He said you don’t have to do the dungeon story mode to get the token. Though I’m likely misreading it.

You ARE misreading it. He doesn’t say you don’t have to do the dungeon story mode, just that doing it doesn’t reward the token. Finishing your personal story does, of which Arah sm is one of the steps.

Which is wrong. You absolutely have to do the Story Mode of Arah in order to progress to the final mission of your personal story, the celeberation in Fort Trinity.
