Party/Fractal/Portal User/What? Bug

So, I have no idea what happened, but this might be something someone looks into? Can’t recreate it but I’d say its a pretty big bug…
*EDIT: The screenshots are now attachments because the BBCode for images was not working.

Im sorry, I have no idea how to use the BB Code, and its just not working.

that’s probably because of the maintenance they were doing earlier.

Maintenance usually messes up party, whisper, guild, etc.
