Guild Wars 2

So on Normal map :
*I see evryone around me withouth guild
*Evryone Around me see me without guild(I guild leader) , and they see each other in guilds.
*Can’t Upgrade anything , Note Guild not working

Now the most funny part in WvWvW world ( only on Eternal BG not workin , on other maps yes):

*Magiccly Im in the guild , i see others in guild
*I can Upgrade
*All function of guild working

So dear ArenaNet what is happening again with Guild ??? I made also ticket : 120912-005733

Could you tell us if Bug return ?>>> and im just stack in normal world

anyone can respond me her is it only me or all ??
