I opened Guild Wars 2 yesterday (Thursday) and it started downloading a patch. I already had the patch from Wednesday, so it must have been something more recent. The download kept failing and restarting, though my internet connection seemed fine on other devices. It was taking a while, so I left it to download overnight. When I checked on it this morning, I saw that the program had crashed and I had a low memory warning. Looks like I ran out of RAM (I have 8 GB) partway through a download.
The game opened the crash dialogue, but when I tried to submit the crash report through it, that failed too. I saved the log, but I would rather not post it on a public forum. Is there an email I can send it to?
