My friends are trying to get Guild Wars 2 since yesterday yet they get payment authorisation failed both on Paysafe Method and Paypal method. They have enough money to pay for it. Can you please address to this problem? Thanks in advance!

Got the same problem with one of my friends too! anet plz solve the problem before the sales end. Would be a shame to lose the chance to get a customer. :/

PaySafe method error( payment authorisation failed)still exists. 10 hours left for the offer. I really appreciate that Anet extended it but this is actually really anxious. If they fix it, they will have to be on their home and able to do it. For some that can be a couple of hours, minutes or maybe nothing.
