I came here to farm dusts because the price is kittening stupid. I’ve been sitting on TC for the last 40 minutes and it hasn’t proc’d once. For an event I remember procing every 5 minutes, I’m fairly certain this is bugged.

40 minutes is definitely not the usual gap between events. Neither is 5 minutes. It’s always hovered around the 15 minute mark (+-2 mins or so) when I used to heavily farm that chain. Could be the event chain got stuck at some point on your server, so check if one of the ongoing meta events are stuck maybe? :/
