Guild Wars 2

I thought I read that stealth stacks are now capped at something like 12 seconds….I clicked a realm mate yesterday in WvW who had a 4 minute stealth buff on him….

is this a bug or hack of some sort? or am i mistaken

There are mystic fountains in the eternal battlegrounds jump puzzle that grant a 5-minute stealth, but disable all your skills and traits until it ends.

I was busy fighting at the time and it slipped my mind until today…so i figured I’d ask here.
