Guild Wars 2

During these events I come across someone who somehow manages to deactivate all my skills , no matter how many times I press the skill key nothing happens , and the only thing that comes to my mind is a hack, also there is a big issue on a teleportation hack going round that I keep hearing about , I haven’t seen a player use that hack yet but loads of people are mentioning it. anyone else had these issues ?

There are go many exploits and hacks that even google struggles to keep up with them let alone Anet.
The sooner they install a game guard of some description the better as it’s becoming so widespread that GW2 in on the verg of falling into the realms being exploiters heaven
