Guild Wars 2

There’s this horribly irritating bug that only seems to be effecting me right now. I can’t see some people’s guild tags next to their name (as if they are completely guildless) – and these are people who ARE representing their guild. I’m guessing it’s some kind of visual bug on my end.

The reason this irritates me so much is because I’m a guild leader, and I like to recruit a lot. An effective method I use on a recruitment drive is whispering guildless people and asking them if they’re interested in joining the guild, but I’ve now been accused 3 times in my server that I’m trying to “steal members” from other guilds because of this bug.

I’m just gonna add here too that I think it’s pathetic that some people would accuse me of that and genuinely believe it themselves even after I tell them I can’t see their guild tag.. It’s offensive to me that they think I’d lie about such a thing.

Any way I can get round this bug before I get a bad reputation on my server for just trying to recruit?
