Guild Wars 2

Hi all, I’m fairly new to GW2 and had just opened my first chest. To my surprise it was a permanent bank access! I quickly double clicked it and it went to a screen of my bank. I then later looked on the auction house and the same item was going for 350 gold. Anyway, i have no idea how to use this bank feature again!!! the item is gone from my inventory. Is it supposed to do this as it becomes “account bound.” or should It stay in your inventory?

I am 99% sure it said “Perm access”… so why don’t I have access? Thanks Guys

There is bank access and permanent bank access …
The permanent one is gold and black while the regular one is white and pink. If it disappeared it sounds like you had the regular one.
