Currently playing on the Blackgate server, in the Blackgate borderlands. Everyone’s attack speed just increased dramatically. The delay I’m getting between attacks is so insignificant that it’s causing animation clipping.
So yeah… we all have perma haste. It’s awesome. Probably needs to be addressed though. Cheers.
EDIT: It only seems to work on ranged weapons. I’ve confirmed that it’s not just the haste buff.
