Guild Wars 2

So I saved up gold to purchase one of these for our Guild events. Today, with much jubilation I finally acquired one. Placed it down and to much dismay, I am the only one able to interact with it. This doesn’t make sense to me. The consumable BLC Merchants are available to everyone to interact with, but this Super rare and limited BLC Merchant can only be used by myself? Can we please get this fixed?

Also after I noticed this issue I did so men searching and no where in the game or any site is this piece of info talked about (from what I could find). I did however update the info on Wiki to match my findings.

The Wiki has stated this item can only be used by the owner for a long time. Hence the item name, Personal Merchant Express.

Notes

Only the owner can use the NPC to buy and sell things.

You updated the information about the Contract, which only allows you to obtain the Merchant consumable.
