I noticed first with Crucible of Eternity that the dungeon is contested and will not open up for the last 2 days. The event that triggers the unlock does not occur. Today it happen to Arah too as the gates are permanently closed with no resolving event. Please look into this issue asap as it makes dungeons unplayable.
