Guild Wars 2

I’m a guild leader, and I was sending out my usual bout of welcome emails to a new guild member, when all the sudden I received a message suppression error. All well and good I’ll just wait a bit and send the other two emails.

Problem,

It’s been 2 hours and I even logged out the game and I still can’t send mail. Not only that but I apparently can’t send mail to anyone, not even people on my friends list.

Can somebody please fix this for me, I’m a guild Leader, I need to be able to mail my guild members.

Perhaps a possible fix would be to have a special mail to option within the guild box. This game seems very short on guild tools.

Perhaps this particular problem could be more easily solved if you could use the guild setup to send messages/mail globally to those members you check as selected?

Something seriously needs to be done, it’s near impossible for a guild leader to communicate on a mass level with guild members. The message of the day isn’t even very prominent.

I eventually was able to send mail again but it wasn’t until the next day. That’s just insane imho.

Message suppression needs to be looked at, there should be some way for Guild Leaders to communicate with members.
