I have installed the newest update and was excited to try the new Zealous Scepter with my sword but I have found Zealous Scepter does not proc if you have Permeating Wrath selected as well. Is this a bug as I cannot find anything that says the 2 do not work together? When I have both talents seclected I am not gaining a stack of might on my 3rd hit when the passive occurs, regardless of weapon type. When I deselect Permeating Wrath then Zealous Scepter starts working again.

I can confirm this bug. I really like my 25 might all the time!
Bug Fix:
Fixed a bug that was granting incorrect map-completion rewards.Well I’m glad that’s working now, granted class abilities are still bugges but at least map completion is working :S
It was giving stuff to people it shouldn’t have.
