tooltips do not show it at least.

I got 70% condition duration on screen so i should have 100% with the 30% bonus from the rune. But still not appearing on tooltip

This bug has existed since the runeset was created.

I do wish it was fixed, especially since the set was recently balanced to reduce it’s effectiveness.

Ya I found it interesting they “fixed” it to balance it for something that has never worked correctly to start with…

Kind of like putting a speed restrictor on a car with no tires….

I think the DEV team should spend some time on the wiki to see all the bugs posted, especially since the search function still fails to work…
