Guild Wars 2

The quest tracker says Speak with Mender Aviala and under it it has Speak With Mender Aviala with a check mark but the story isn’t advancing and there is no icon on the map to go to.

The level 1-10 episodes will unlock at Level 10. Probably need to update the UI to reflect that. You will just come back at Level 10 and speak to the NPC, it seems.

My character is level 20, I used a birthday boost

Hmm..there was a note about skipping levels by using scrolls. (Something about certain things not being available.) Not sure where I read it. You can always contact CS for a personalized response.
