Guild Wars 2

Well while I was doing the personal story, I entered the quest called “Rat-Tastrophe”, however when I entered, Warmaster Forgal never showed up and instead when I entered, nothing happened at all. So, I did that part with a random person so I could complete it. Then on the next 2 quests, the same thing happened where Warmaster Forgal wouldn’t show up and nothing happening, therefore I was forced to do it with a friend. However, after I completed “Set to Blow” I had no quest at all after that, there was literally nothing. I also noticed that I cannot buy from the Vigil weapon and armorsmiths, and its been like this from game launch for me. Please help, thanks!

Go to Lion’s Arch, and it should give you a new quest. (You just have to enter Lion’s Arch.)

Will this fix my Vigil bug, where I cannot buy from the Weaponsmith/Armorsmiths, and where the Warmaster will not show up.
