Was doing the personal story step where you are using the tanks to repel the risen, and the tanks are COMPLETELY unusable. Not sure if this has to do with me being a norn or what, but I constantly lost control of not only the camera, but the interaction as well while using the tank, as well as being repositioned every time I interact with it. Perhaps low priority issue, but it was really upsetting and breaks the feeling of immersion rather heavily.

Well known, long running issue. Do a quick search for Steel Tide and you’ll see how many complaints of this there have been.

I just experienced this bug today, the problem is still unresolved. The issue I believe are with the rocks being thrown at the tanks which causes your movement, so you are bounced outside of the interaction radius of the tanks. You are constantly being reset.

This RUINS the story due to frustration of fighting the system.
