Guild Wars 2

I recently completed the story step “liberation” with a friend. At the end of the instance I chose to accept credit and so completed that story stage. The next step in the top-right was to check my mail, however I never got a mail. I would be very grateful for any help or explanation of why this happened.

If you are not of a sufficient level to complete the next step, the mail will only arrive when you are (of the sufficient level).

Oh ok thanks, I just thought I would get it now as it’s part of the same step and still says level 20.
