Personal Story: Down the Hatch

I play an Asura, and the Down the Hatch part of the personal story has not been working for me for about a month now. I can talk to Tybalt, and when I get on the ship, I can talk to the captain guy, and one-drink drake shows up. But after that, nothing happens, so I can’t continue. Will someone please help? I made many bug reports, and its still not fixed. I want to continue!
