Guild Wars 2

I’m having a problem with the “Forging the Pact” bit of my Personal Story; specifically, the “Search area for survivors” step. I enter the first green circle, and I wait a bit (for at least a minute or two), but nothing triggers. I can’t complete the quest. I’ve done this several times, and nothing seems to change. Any ideas? I understand from what I’ve looked up that there is supposed to be a short delay, but that wasn’t short.

I had the same problem before the patch. I tryed to move slowly with NPCs and if something is not triggered, I just ran again the path from the start.

It took me much time, but finally could go through it.
