Guild Wars 2

After defeating Kellach and all of his minions, the story fails to progress. I searched around for a minion possibly stuck on a wall or something, but I found nothing. I’m stumped and restarting the game does not help. I tried talking to everybody, but also made no difference. All the NPCs are standing around with their weapons out, besides Queen Jennah who is crying in the corner. I can not leave the instance without restarting/logging out/character select. Help meeee

Kellach death does not trigger cinematics. journal still shows that i need to kill Kellach and his minions…

This is a really bad problem. I can’t progress in the story and it’s really annoying.
