In the Personal Story step: The Steel Tide, Tactician Beirne didn’t die at the end as he was supposed to.
Right before this happened there was a cutscene where he mimed having a gun and shooting at a champion risen wraith with his index finger. Don’t know if that was a bug as well, but was funny either way.
Everything else was fine, the other NPCs behaved like he was dead, took his dog, looked sad, etc, but the guy is alive and well and standing right in front of them.
