Party leaders decision not reflected on my character

The end of Trouble at the Roots mission,
The party leader choose Order of Whispers, which i agreed with.
My next mission was Flower of Death (Vigils), partners next mission was A
Tangle of Weeds (Order of Whispers).
I never played the end of Trouble at the Roots mission to even choose a
different option.

I have an ongoing Incident (Incident: 120922-006066) but I am receiving no answers and no help. I was actually told to post on the forums (which i did on a thread that is now hidden since the Story Skip bug is fixed).

I understand my characters story my not get fixed, but i have not seen an update or acknowledgment that this is a bug being looked at. (and from what i saw in the other thread my be an issue spanning multiple personal story quests)

I do not wish to make another character with this bug potentially happening again.
