Guild Wars 2

While I am not sure this is a bug, I found it off putting so I decided to see if it was a bug. In the personal story for the Order of Whispers when Tybalt and myself go to see what happened to Demmi Beetlestone, I listened in on a conversation to glimpse the bellow image.

So again, I’m not sure if the Ministry Guard has strict haircut policy, or if this is a bug, just thought I should bring it up.

This was taken some time in February. I am almost to the some point on another one of my characters, so I will take another screenshot then as well.
