Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to do my personal story and I’m stuck on starting the quest “Forging the pact”. It says go to lions arch to receive new orders, there is nothing here related to quest, nothing on map as well.

There were moments in Personal Story when you got a mail with “important information”.
So check you incoming mails, whether you got some.
And check whether other mails aren’t blocking you incoming mails, cause it happens sometimes, so clear some space ;-)
