Hey,
After you defend the village. There are 3 npc’s standing in the back of Captain Tervelan.
Each giving you Charisma/Dignity/Ferocity. You can keep talking to them untill you get the Personality you want. In the screenshot below you’ll see that i’m already a Noble at lvl 11 and i can still talk to these NPC’s and up my charisma or any other personality.
